Admin Coordinator/Fashion Buyer for Milan, Italy

Seed Group is currently in the process of setting up an e-commerce business focusing on luxury fashion brands. With offices spanning New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Milan and Dubai, this business is going to cater to the demand for very high end luxury products in United Arab Emirates.

In this regard, we’re looking for candidates for our Milan office.

The following will be some of the main responsibilities of this role: (Please note this job description is subject to further change and revisions)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Be able to deal with Brand distributors and assist the management in signing up with new brands for merchandise procurement
Have a strong network of contacts and excellent knowledge of the fashion world to be able to source hard-to-find/limited edition merchandise as and when required
Liaise with logistics company for merchandise delivery coordination
To assist in the research/survey about fashion related issues/ trends (during the initial set up stage).
Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information;
Prepare correspondences, reports, or assists in preparation of presentation materials as needed;
Arrange travel schedule, hotel and car reservations and coordinate in visa applications as needed;
Prepare and maintain the monthly expense report as well as invoices and receipts whenever necessary;

Interviewer will be in Milan from Feb 20-27, 2010.
